Every one of us can do something to help and all it takes is a bit of time and effort. We’ve given you a few ideas to get you started. Hope you get as much out of it as the animals will!
Volunteer with your local animal shelter, animal control office, or rescue by walking dogs, socializing dogs and cats, cleaning, helping with events, laundry, fundraisers, etc.
Ask your school or office to either raise money or donate supplies to help your local shelters and rescues in need.
Host a money raising event in which proceeds can be donated to the charity of your choice.
Search the internet for ideas on having fundraisers! It doesn’t have to be anything elaborate…anything you do will make a huge difference to an animal in need!
Ask your company if they participate in the donor matching program. If so, they will match your donation dollar for dollar up to a set amount.
